Return Time
We accept returns and exchanges within 10 calendar days of receiving your order.
Each piece is handcrafted with care, for that reason we ask our clients to ensure that the item is returned in perfect condition, with all original packaging, labels, and accessories included.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please make sure that:

The product has not been used, washed, or altered.

The item is returned in its original ASTUDILLO packaging (dust bag, box, labels, and authenticity card).

Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is included.

Returns are initiated within 10 days from the delivery date.
*Please note that custom or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made exclusively for you.
Return Process & Exchanges

Request your return: Contact our team at support@astudillo.mx with your order number and reason for return.

Receive confirmation: Once approved, you will receive a return authorization email with detailed instructions.

Prepare your package: Repack the item in its original packaging to ensure it arrives safely.

Ship your return: Send the item back using the prepaid DHL Express label provided by us.

Inspection & refund: Once received, our team will inspect the item. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

If you wish to exchange your item for another color or size, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges are subject to availability since our production is limited edition and handcrafted.
